Crown Princess Katherine Christmas Day Deliveries include an Ultrasound Machine and Toys

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine visited Belgrade children’s hospitals, wished everyone Merry Christmas and delivered an ultrasound machine and toys. Crown Princess Katherine visited the children’s ward of the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia, University Children’s Hospital in Tirsova Street, and the Institute for Mother and Child.

At the invitation of HE Axel Dittmann, German Ambassador to Serbia, Crown Princess Katherine was a guest at the Children’s Magic theater – an interactive performance for children ages 4 to 10 years old. Performances included a theater group, choir, ballet ensemble and guitarists. Besides the actors, there were 50 youth performers on the stage that contributed to this spectacular program.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine greet the truckload of donations for the Annual Holiday Reception for orphans and children with disabilities. The donations come from Lifeline Humanitarian Organization in Chicago and will be distributed to 1,200+ children during the traditional annual event held at the White Palace.

Crown Princess Katherine as the Patron of the First Regional Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award

Belgrade hosted the first Regional Final selection of the most successful business women in Southeast Europe for the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award. The patron of this award is Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine. In the race for the prestigious title are five ladies from the region – Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia.

“Children Helping Children” Event Includes Students from International Schools as Special Guests at The Royal Palace

Crown Princess Katherine was invited by UNESCO, the Marianna V. Vardinoyannis Foundation and the European Coalition of Cities against Racism (ECCAR) to be part of and to present achievements at the conference “Welcoming Cities for Refugees: Promoting Inclusion and Protecting Rights”. Crown Princess Katherine and her foundation have provided significant support to the families and child refugees in Greece and in Serbia.
