Press Release - “KBC BEZANIJSKA KOSA” SPECIAL AWARD FOR HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE

Belgrade, 23 May 2017 – Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine attended a ceremony marking the 61st Anniversary of the Clinical Center "Bezanijska Kosa" and received a special award for her contribution to the work of the Clinical Center.

“It is a great honor to be with you today at your celebration. I wish to congratulate you for your anniversary and to inform you with great pleasure that my Foundation will donate a sterilizer worth $ 750,000 to your hospital, and in addition provide 3 more sterilizers for other hospitals. Thank you for recognizing our hard work and dedication, I take this opportunity to invite you to join the Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference which will be held from June 21 to 23 at the Hyatt Hotel in Belgrade”, said Her Royal Highness Princess Katherine.

The plaque was presented to Crown Princess Katherine by Dr Marija Zdravkovic, the director of KBC Bezanijska Kosa. Beside the Crown Princess, the plaques were also received by the Dean of the Medical Faculty in Belgrade Prof. Nebojsa Lalic, Deputy Mayor of Belgrade Mr. Andreja Mladenovic, as well as the representatives of the Ministry of Health, City of Belgrade Secretariat of Health and Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
