HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE MEETS THE MAYOR OF NIS

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine met with the Mayor of Nis, Mrs. Dragana Sotirovski and Deputy Mayor, Mrs. Dusica Davidovic, and Mr. Branko Zivadinovic, a longtime friend and associate of Dr. Elaine Laycock who is the Chairman and Medical Director of SOS Bosnia for over 26 years and Medical Director of Lifeline Humanitarian Organization in London U.K. the Office that Crown Princess Katherine opened over 25 years ago and the son of Dr. Elaine Laycock, Stuart Laycock was the Chief Executive of that office.

The Mayor, Mrs. Dragana Sotirovski warmly thanked HRH Crown Princess Katherine for the many years of great cooperation between the Foundation and the City of Nis, resulting in numerous completed projects in the field of health care, social care, and education totaling a value of more than 2 million Euros. The great number of these projects was headed by Dr. Elaine Laycock who has been a great supporter of Crown Princess Katherine's work in Serbia and has visited Nis many times to oversee all these projects, providing financial support, and is a personal friend of Crown Princess Katherine. HRH Crown Princess Katherine is most grateful to Dr. Elaine Laycock for her enormous contribution to these important projects.

The Mayor, Mrs. Dragana Sotirovski announced several new projects, that could possibly be carried out through the joint efforts of HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation in Belgrade and the City of Nis.
