LIFELINE CHICAGO AND THE CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE FOUNDATION CONTINUE SUPPORTING SCHOOL FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION IN KRALJEVO

The Lifeline Humanitarian Organization of Chicago, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine, continues its support for the Ivo Lola Ribar School for Elementary and High School Education in Kraljevo, Serbia.

This school provides essential education for students with intellectual disabilities, and Lifeline Chicago remains committed to ensuring that these students receive the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Mihajlovich Family, long-time benefactors of Lifeline Chicago, a recent donation was made in memory of Nikodije "Beli" Mihajlovich to further enhance the educational experience of the students at the Ivo Lola Ribar School. This donation included a variety of items aimed at supporting the students’ learning and development, such as educational toys and tools, school supplies, sports balls, and backpacks for all students.

Additionally, the Mihajlovich Family generously donated a Hoyer Lift, a specialized piece of equipment that will significantly assist the school’s nursing staff in the daily care of wheelchair-bound students. The Hoyer Lift will enable safer and more efficient transfers, ensuring that students receive the best possible care during their time at the school.
